Daniel
A. Teet, MD., F.A.C.S, received his bachelor of Arts degree
with honors from St. Vincent College, Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
He graduated from the Medical College of Georgia; Augusta,
Georgia with a Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Teet was the
first out-of-state student to be accepted into the Medical
College of Georgia since the College’s foundation in
1828. Following award of his medical degree, Dr. Teet completed
a general surgery residency at Mercy Hospital and West Penn
Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Subsequently, he returned
to Mercy Hospital for a fellowship in head-neck surgery and
microsurgery. Dr. Teet then completed his Plastic Surgery
Residency at Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, where
he was assistant Clinical Professor in Plastic Surgery until
he returned to his native Pennsylvania.

Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery. He is a Diplomate and
certified by the following boards: The American Board of Plastic
Surgery, The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, The American
Board of Forensic Medicine (Plastic Surgery) and The American
Board of Forensic Examiners (Plastic Surgery). In addition,
Dr. Teet is a Fellow of the following 4 prestigious societies:
The American College of Surgeons, The American Academy of
Cosmetic Surgery, The American Academy of Facial Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery and The American Society of Laser Medicine
and Surgery. Dr. Teet is also an active member of The American
Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Northeastern Society of Plastic
Surgeons, The Robert Ivy Society of Plastic Surgeons, the
American College of Forensic Examiners and the societies of
which he is a Fellow.
Speaking
four languages, he is the founder of “Operation Love”
whose directive is international missions in Reconstructive
Plastic Surgery for deformed children and the underprivileged.
“Operation Love” is supported financially by annual
proceeds from Renaissance Cosmetic Surgery Center and Day
Spa. This is achieved from Dr. Teet’s heart felt desire
to serve the Living God and to be a blessing to his fellow
man, wherever the need arises.
